Understock is an educational platform for individual use. You may not use the platform to provide investment advice to third parties, scrape data systematically, or misrepresent Understock's content as your own analysis.

As described in our Disclaimer, nothing on Understock constitutes investment advice. You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions.
Intellectual property
All content, code, and design on Understock is the property of Understock or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.
Limitation of liability
Understock is provided 'as is' without any warranties. We are not liable for any losses, financial or otherwise, arising from your use of or reliance on the platform.
Changes to terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify registered users of material changes by email.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
